This chart will tell you how much of a refund to expect, if you wish to return your Cotton Cradles carrier. If your carrier is new and unwashed, and less than 30 days old, then you do not need to see this chart; instead you should see our Regular Return policy.

The chart is for carriers bought new from our store, at regular price. If you have bought a discounted or secondhand carrier from us, then your refund chart will follow the same basic pattern, but there will be no 2-month minimum in the case of a secondhand carrier.

Just find the place in the chart corresponding to your type of carrier and the length of time for which you've owned it, to read the refund you can expect if you return it to us.
